New materials for healthcare professionals providing care for people with epilepsy

11th October 2026/by Jan Flynn

With sponsorship from Desitin Pharma, we have created two products for use by healthcare professionals who support people with epilepsy.

EpilepsyMeds app, which is free to download, provides information on the ingredients found in all epilepsy medicines, being particularly helpful when prescribing for people on a ketogenic diet.

The Anti Seizure medicines poster can be downloaded, printed and placed in workplaces to inform prescribers of the range of formulations available, their size and shape and also whether they are MHRA category 1, 2 or 3.  This latter information relating to the safety of switching medicinal products for patients.
